FAI Review Software
Review first article inspection reports with GroundControl FAI Review. Run AI-assisted checklist checks, inspect cited findings, and draft feedback.
GroundControl FAI Review helps quality teams review first article inspection reports (FAIRs). Run checks on a submission, follow findings back to the report or supporting evidence, and choose which findings to include in your feedback.

Find issues in report data and supporting evidence
FAI Review checks the information recorded in the submission against the selected checklist. Reviewers can investigate missing report information, differences between recorded certificate details and linked evidence, and measurements that conflict with their recorded requirements.
- Part identity and revision fields that need attention.
- Missing evidence links or certificate details that differ from the supporting document.
- Characteristics with missing measurement results.
- Recorded results that fall outside the limits entered for a characteristic.
Keep the finding and its source together
A useful finding gives the reviewer something to investigate. FAI Review includes an explanation and citations so your team can move from a concern to the relevant field, characteristic, or evidence page in the inspection workspace.
Choose findings for a draft rather than retyping them. Review feedback and internal notes let the team decide how to communicate the issue. Dismissed findings remain available to restore.
- Open citations from the findings panel.
- Copy an individual finding with its explanation and citations.
- Draft feedback from selected findings.
- Dismiss and restore findings as the review progresses.
